1. The Services
- Estimated shipping time is 5 to 10 calendar days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Customers can track their parcel in Qoo10 app at 'My Qoo10' or Qxpress website
- Maximum compensation is $300 for any lost or damaged parcel if the liability is due to Qxpress.(From Korea: US$100)
- NON DELIVERY SERVICE DAY FOR COMMERCIAL ADDRESS ON SATURDAYS.
- NON DELIVERY SERVICE DAY FOR ALL ON SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
- ALL FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS PARCELS SHALL BE RETURNED BACK TO SELLER.
- When a member who registered Qoo10 web-site member ( Qoo10.sg / Qoo10.my / Qoo10.co.id) uses this Qdelivery service. Qoo10 Pte. Ltd. Corporation creates affiliate member ID at Qoo10.com & Qxpress smart ship site. Through this process, A Qxpress and Qoo10 can provide more accurate delivery services. Also a customer can be subjected the standard courier terms and conditions in the case of the loss/damage of delivered goods situation.
2. Parcel Requirements
- Please enter all the packaged items accurately.
- Please enter the quantity of the packaged item accurately.
- Size must not exceed 300 cm in total dimensions (width+(length+height)*2)
- Any one dimension must not exceed 150 cm.
- Weight must not exceed 30 kg per parcel. (From Korea: 20kg)
- The parcel must not exceed 5 kg for any kinds of food from overseas to Singapore.
- Parcels exceeding the above requirement will be rejected.
- Poorly or Improper packaged parcels will be rejected for pickup.
- Delivery address cannot be changed after parcel is collected.
- If the address or postal code is incorrect, delivery may fail and the customer is responsible for the incorrectly entered address.
- (From Korea) For delivery to Japan and Okinawa and remote islands, delivery within width, length, and height of less than 90 cm and less than 2 kg is possible. If the specifications are exceeded, the payment will be returned.
- Please refer to the list of Prohibited Items on our page.
- A total of 4 items can be sent in one cargo. Please list the weight or quantity of each item.
Ex) 4 books, 5kg of food, 5 clothes
- Please note that items with inaccurate items name, quantity, and amount of the contents will be discarded or returned for collect on delivery service.
- PER TRACKING / ORDER NUMBR IS ONLY FOR 1 PARCEL
- DUPLICATED TRACKING / ORDER SHALL BE REJECTED UPON COLLECTION

3. Additional Charges
- For final Shipping Fee, Volumetric Weight will be used (Length x Width x Height / 6000).
- If the parcel is heavier than the paid shipping rate, additional fee may occur.
- Any additional payment can be made via Qpay.
4. General Terms and Conditions
- Qxpress General Terms and Conditions will apply.
Qxpress Singapore Terms and Conditions
- The fragile item such as furniture, glassware, home appliances cannot be compensated, Please consider sending item.
- Please request for damage or loss investigation within 3 days of delivery complete.
- In case of damage investigation, damage investigation is not possible if the outer box photo, inner product photo, and damaged part photo are not submitted.
- Due to inspection and customs inspection, goods may be opened, and responsibility for this cannot be brought to Qxpress.
- The customs standards for each country must be checked by the sender and recipient, and Qxpress is not responsible for the disposal and return caused by this.
- Partial refunds are not available for partially returned items that are processed according to inconsistencies or non-customs clearance.
- For the difference between the purchased weight Voucher and the actual weight value measured in the center cannot be refunded. (When purchasing a 15kg Voucher, please send it according to the weight)
5. Customs duties
- Tariffs may be incurred and charged according to customs standards of the arrival country.
