Breast Milk Storage Guidelines
- Room temperature: 4 Hours
- Fridge: 4 Days
- Freezer: 3-6 Months
- Once baby drinks from bottle: 2 Hours
Ensure milk is sealed and dated
- Thaw milk/Reheat milk slowly - do not microwave.
- Don't refreeze thawed milk
- Discard leftover milk after feeding
