How do you store and use your milk safely after pumping? Here are storage guidelines for your reference!


Breast Milk Storage Guidelines

  • Room temperature: 4 Hours
  • Fridge: 4 Days
  • Freezer: 3-6 Months
  • Once baby drinks from bottle: 2 Hours

 

Ensure milk is sealed and dated

  • Thaw milk/Reheat milk slowly - do not microwave.
  • Don't refreeze thawed milk
  • Discard leftover milk after feeding
