Warranty for Imani breast pump

  • Imani breast pump comes with a 24-months manufacturer’s warranty for the main pump in Singapore. There is no warranty for the pump components and accessories.
  • The warranty period covers two years from date of purchase or date of birth of baby, whichever is later.
  • Imani breast pumps are single-user pumps. As a result, only the original user is covered under the warranty. The warranty is non-transferable, negotiable, or assignable to a third party.
  • We reserve the right not to repair or service any pumps that does not match the condition stated or purchased from retailers not listed on Mama Warehouse’s website.

What does the Warranty NOT cover?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse, abuse, negligence or accident howsoever caused;
  • Improper storage;
  • Unauthorised disassembly, repair, alteration or modification of the product or components;
  • Failure to comply with the operating instructions of the device or components supplied with the product;
  • Normal wear and tear; and
  • Overflowing of liquid (water ⁄ milk entry) into the electric breast pump

The warranty also does not cover misplacement or theft of the breast pump or supplies.

The user of this product assumes all responsibilities and risks for use of this product.

For Warranty Claims or Repairs, what do I need to do?

Contact us at andre.chan@mumsactually.com. Please provide the following information:

  1. Receipt or Proof of Purchase;
  2. Baby’s Birth Certificate to show date of birth (DOB has to be within 6 months of date of purchase);
  3. Model of electric breast pump and corresponding serial number; and
  4. Explain the nature of the defect. To troubleshoot; we may ask you some questions or request for more photos ⁄ videos to try to ascertain the defect.

We will provide the address to send the defective item. You can opt to return the item to the given address or send via courier.

For self-return, please arrange an appointment with us and return the item to the given address.

For courier return, please refer to the steps below:

  1. Please fill up clearly in our Return Merchandise Form and send it together with the parcel.
  2. Item must be sent using registered postage or courier with tracking number. We are not able to advise on the delivery status of your return parcel and are not responsible for any delay, loss, or damages due to transit. We reserve the right to reject return parcels that are damaged during postage or courier.
  3. You may opt to self-collect or arrange your own courier after repair. Please let us know and we will indicate the charges prior to confirmation.

We will provide 3-months warranty for the serviced pump for the same fault.

If the item is defective and cannot be repaired, a replacement set will be provided.

Free Replacement Pump Service

Subject to availability, pump rental is available when your breast pump is sent for repair with us. A refundable deposit of $50 will be collected upon pick up of the rental pump from our office. Deposit will be refunded in 2 to 3 working days once pump is found to be working and does not contain backflow milk, after return.

For electric breast pumps with expired warranty, the servicing fee will be $30. Additional charges are also applicable for the parts replaced and courier service, if applicable.

 

 LaVie

Warranty for LaVie electric massagers

  • LaVie electric massagers comes with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty for products purchased from 1 Jan 2021 onwards. A warranty period of 6 months are provided for products purchased before 1 Jan 2021.
  • The warranty period starts from date of purchase.
  • The warranty is non-transferable, negotiable, or assignable to a third party.
  • We reserve the right not to exchange any massagers that does not match the condition stated or purchased from retailers not listed on Mama Warehouse’s website.

What does the Warranty NOT cover?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse, abuse, negligence or accident howsoever caused;
  • Improper storage;
  • Unauthorised disassembly, repair, alteration or modification of the product or components;
  • Failure to comply with the operating instructions of the device or components supplied with the product; and
  • Normal wear and tear.

The warranty also does not cover misplacement or theft of the massager.

The user of this product assumes all responsibilities and risks for use of this product.

We will provide the address to facilitate the exchange of the massager once it is verified as a defective item.

The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Warranty Terms and Conditions at any time.

 

Warranty for Alilo electronic toys

  • Alilo electronic toys comes with a 12-months manufacturer’s warranty for rechargeable Alilo toys bought in Singapore.
  • The warranty period covers one year from date of purchase.
  • The warranty is non-transferable, negotiable, or assignable to a third party.
  • We reserve the right not to repair or service any toys that does not match the condition stated or purchased from retailers not listed on Mama Warehouse’s website.

What does the Warranty NOT cover?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
