Step 3 – Pump 10 mins
Step 4 – Rest 10 mins
Step 5 – Pump 10 mins
After step 5, Repeat!
Power pumping is a technique used to mimic cluster feeding at the breast with the intention of increasing your breastmilk supply.
Power pumping can be used to help establish your milk supply if your breasts are not nursing effectively, or can be used to help increase your supply. Remember, demands increases supply!
