3 Tips to determine flange size

  1. Measure - It is recommended to measure the nipple size after a pumping session and then add about 3mm to get your flange size.
  2. Fit - It should fit comfortably.  Only the nipple and a small part of the areola enter the tunnel when pumping.  Your nipple can move freely as well.
  3. Size - Each breast may require a different flange size and that’s perfectly normal – so check if you need a different size!
