Strawberry Coconut Yogurt
1. Chop up strawberries and mix with plain Greek yogurt
2. Top with more strawberries and shredded coconut for extra fibre and minerals
Creamy Chicken Pasta
1. Chop cauliflower into small pieces and cook in pot of water until soft
2. Add cooked cauliflower, cheese, butter and milk into blender and blend till smooth
3. Cook pasta, remove from water and mix with cheese sauce
4. Top with cooked shredded chicken
Banana Oatmeal/Porridge
1. Use instant oatmeal or blend oat into powder
2. Pour milk into medium saucepan, place oats in and cook till thickened
3. Add banana and cinnamon powder and mix well
Avocado & Cucumber Sandwich
1. Mash avocado and add a dash of lemon juice
2. Cut or grate cucumber
3. Cut bread into fun shapes
4. Assemble and top with other nutritious fruits
One Pot Veggie Rice Bowl
1. Cook rice with chicken stock
2. Stir in butter and cheese to cooked rice
3. Add shredded veggies (eg. Carrots, spinach, broccoli) and mix well
