Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

During peak seasons, sales events, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer islandwide delivery within Singapore. For orders below $50, delivery fee is at $1.90. Free delivery for orders $50 and above. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
