Sometimes, it happens - expired breast milk or even milk that had been sitting on the counter for too long.

We’ve all been there and it can be heartbreaking as your body worked hard! This doesn’t mean it has to go wasted, as long as it’s not mouldy, it can be used in a few ways.

Use it in the bath!  Breastmilk can be amazing for one’s skin.  It can help heal blemishes and soothe skin conditions like eczema.  Simply add the milk into your little one’s bath.

Make it into soap or lotion.  Similarly, these are awesome uses for expired breastmilk that can help with relieve skin conditions and heal blemishes.

Feed your plants.  Give your plant babies a little boost of calcium!  Just dilute it with water and feed them.
