WARRANTY FAQ
The warranty period starts from - Date of purchase or Date of birth of baby (whichever later). The gap in between both dates should not be greater than 6 months.
Warranty registration is not required. Just keep the receipt of your purchase and bring it along with you when you are heading to our service center. If you have a hardcopy receipt, do take a photo for safekeeping in case it fades off.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
- Pump components and accessories
- Liquid damages (water/milk entry)
- Damages due to unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modification.
- Damages arises out of misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, improper storage or failure to comply with the operating instructions
- Normal wear and tear
