WARRANTY FAQ

The warranty period starts from - Date of purchase or Date of birth of baby (whichever later). The gap in between both dates should not be greater than 6 months.

Warranty registration is not required. Just keep the receipt of your purchase and bring it along with you when you are heading to our service center. If you have a hardcopy receipt, do take a photo for safekeeping in case it fades off.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

Pump components and accessories
Liquid damages (water/milk entry)
Damages due to unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modification.
Damages arises out of misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, improper storage or failure to comply with the operating instructions
Normal wear and tear
