Used it on the lowest heat setting with vibration, device heats up pretty quickly. Managed to get rid of the clogged ducts as well. Bought it ytd morning because of engorgement and received it today, thankfully this device managed to get rid of clogged ducts pretty quickly. Would recommend if you have difficulty massaging the clogged ducts away by hand.

The device is almost fully charged hence and can use the device immediately. I tried the first time and it was good. It does provided vibration and heat to ease the engorgement.
